Privacy Policy
All client information (waivers, medical history, credit card info etc) will be kept strictly confidential.
Refund Policy
A refund is only issued in the event that WE cancel a trip due to unsafe conditions ie weather, equipment etc. Upon booking guests have committed to their trip and we operate "rain or shine".
Terms and Conditions
Once a trip is booked, you have committed to the trip, for the date and time as selected. However, in the event a client cannot take part in the trip, the ticket can be transferred to a third part by re-sale for the date and time of the ticket only. Each participant must read, fill-out and sign a mandatory Waiver Form prior to any trip departure. The minimum age for our River Kayaking trip is 14 years or older, and the ZipLine is designed for individuals between 80lbs - 300lbs. We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals under the influence of Drugs and or Alcohol.
